To strengthen our team in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Medior Digital Marketing Consultant in SEO & GEO (M/F/X).

Specialized in SEO & GEO, you support your clients and provide solutions to accelerate their growth. You are at the heart of their digital strategy, working across analysis, recommendations, and performance monitoring.

 

Your responsibilities

 

As a SEO & GEO Consultant, you actively contribute to improving our clients’ digital visibility, both on search engines and within generative environments.

Your missions include:

 

  • Collaboration: working as part of a team on SEO & GEO challenges with a results-driven mindset.
  • SEO audits: conducting in-depth analyses (technical, content, netlinking) using specialized tools.
  • Recommendations: building actionable and clear recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitoring & performance: tracking implementation and measuring impact.
  • Content strategy: developing approaches focused on organic and LLM visibility.
  • AI analysis: analyzing visibility in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
  • Understanding mechanisms: identifying why a brand is cited or ignored and the related levers (sources, structure, credibility, entities).
  • Reporting: producing clear and relevant reports focused on high-impact elements.

 

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in digital marketing or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, mainly in SEO & GEO.
  • Excellent command of French and English, Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: crawling, indexing, content, performance.
  • Interest in search evolution: zero-click, LLMs, conversational assistants.
  • Analytical mindset and structured thinking.
  • Comfortable with SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console…).
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or data (SQL, BigQuery, Python) is a plus.
